[Note: Sharing user-generated content (UGC) is a fantastic way to let your happy customers do the talking for you, and to add variety to your social feed.
Best practices say that you should get permission before sharing UGC. On Instagram, for example, that could include a simple comment on a chosen image asking if the owner would mind your sharing it, with credit to them (ie: tag/@mention). Bonus: That request represents great engagement too! On Facebook and Twitter, a simple “Share” to your Business Page or account is just fine.
Do remember that if you’ve received permission to share someone’s image on social, that does not give you permission to share that image elsewhere or for commercial advertising purposes. That would require a different kind of request/permission.]
